How It Works

Step 1: Order Your Labs. As soon as you join, you’ll receive instructions to complete your hormone and metabolic lab work. Most women complete this within the first 1–2 weeks.

Step 2. Begin Quiet The Food Noise Digital Course. While your labs are processing, you’ll start the curriculum and join the private community for support, guidance, and encouragement.

Step 3. Review Your Results Together. Once your labs are ready, we’ll meet for your first private coaching call. Together, we’ll connect the dots between your labs, symptoms, habits, and lifestyle in your custom First 10 Plan. 

Step 5. Receive Support Along The Way. Throughout the 8 weeks, you’ll have direct messaging support, community access, and additional coaching calls to help you stay clear, supported, and consistent.

Step 6. Understand Your Body Again. By the end of the program, you’ll understand why your body has felt stuck and what to do next to finally move forward with confidence.
